Strengthening human rights for a self-determined and dignified life
Ensuring human dignity and protection against discrimination, oppression and injustice should be guaranteed for all individuals to create a just and diverse society for all.
Political movements propagating xenophobic prejudices are on the rise, and the challenge for civil society to counteract these developments is growing – highlighting the urgent need for action. Vulnerable groups are particularly affected by the social and environmental developments of our time. Poverty, political and societal discrimination as well as lack of equal opportunities render people vulnerable. When they are unable to overcome challenges on their own, there is a need for transparency and support.
